Here's one in Medford, NJ (easy to get to); http://www.verticaladventures.org/index.cfm looks like they have a clinic with olympic pole vaulters July 14th and 15th.

This is a really good Pole Vault training club near Bethlehem, PA. Lots of the best vaulters we see at meets train with this club. You can join the club and then attend sessions based on your experience level.
